TechTest

Tech Test Compliance

Little to no technical issues. Very fast internet connection usually. Singaporeans usually have access to both a mobile phone and a laptop / desktop. The iOS/Android split is pretty even.

Participant Recruitment Difficulties in Singapore

Compared to other markets, Singaporeans are the easiest and fastest to recruit. Most of the research requires Singaporean and Permanent Residents as standard criteria so Foreigner/Expats participants are unlikely to be recruited. However, we can recruit them. It is more challenging to recruit Singaporean Indians and Malay because they are from a minority in the population so samples are typically skewed more towards the Chinese race.
