The population in Singapore includes 75% Chinese, 15% Malay, 8% Indian & 2% Others
There are also a considerable number of Bangladeshi, Indian, Filipino, and Indonesian foreign workers.

English is the first language, some people may speak/read their mother tongues but still prefer to speak English.

Tips for Recruiting Participants in Singapore
- Compared to other markets, Singaporeans are the easiest and fastest to recruit.
- Most of the research requires Singaporean and Permanent Residents as standard criteria so Foreigner/Expats participants are unlikely to be recruited. However, we can recruit them.
- It is more challenging to recruit Singaporean Indians and Malay because they are from a minority in the population so samples are typically skewed more towards the Chinese race.
